Terms and Conditions: This raffle is conducted by Greater Miami Hebrew Academy (“Hebrew Academy”), located at 2400 Pine Tree Drive, Miami Beach, Florida 33140. All participants must be at least 18 years or older. A maximum of 50 tickets per person shall be offered for each prize, with a suggested minimum contribution per ticket as specified with each prize listing. No purchase or contribution is necessary. Hebrew Academy makes no representations regarding the taxability of the prize of this raffle. The raffle winner accepts sole responsibility for any tax payments due as a result of winning this raffle. This raffle is a Florida raffle. If a participant is going to enter from out-of-state, the participant should check with his/her own state’s raffle laws and requirements before entering this raffle. Hebrew Academy makes no representations regarding any law that may apply to this raffle. The source of the funds used to award the prizes is from the donors as indicated on the prize listing. Proceeds from this raffle will benefit Hebrew Academy. Raffle will close at midnight on April 30th. One winner for each prize will be selected at random on May 1, 2025. The raffle winners will be notified via email to the address submitted in the raffle entry.

Prize restrictions may apply and all prizes must be claimed for pick-up by May 16, 2025. After this date, Hebrew Academy takes no responsibility, and prizes will be considered forfeited. All pictures are for illustration purposes only. Actual prizes may vary.

Release: I, to the fullest extent permitted by law, agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Greater Miami Hebrew Academy and its officers, directors, and employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability and/or claims, suits, damages, injury, disability, death, costs and expenses, which may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the raffle or from the receipt or use of any prize or any travel or activity related to the claiming, receipt or use of any prize. This Release does not apply to the willful misconduct of the Released Parties.

I hereby give my consent to the Released Parties for the use of my name and/or likeness (photograph and/or video), and voice in any and all advertising and promotional materials without compensation, notice or approval and further disclaim any ownership rights in the content of such advertising and promotional materials.

Limitation of Liability: The Released Parties are not liable for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, online errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the raffle; (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process of the raffle; (3) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the raffle or the processing of entries; or (4) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the raffle or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
